Refund policy

At LoveMusicShoop, every single product is custom-printed individually upon order placement. Because we do not carry physical inventory and each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a printing error, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. 

To report an issue:
1. Contact us at lovemusicshoop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide a clear photo of the damaged product along with your order number.

Once we verify the issue, we will process your replacement or refund immediately. Please do not return any items to us without prior approval, as they cannot be accepted at our production facilities.
